Description

Beesd Automotive & Automatisering B.V. (BeesdA2) was founded in 2004 by Tjeu Bollen. It is now an established name within the automotive industry. The organisation has developed a unique Dealer Management System (iDAS) from its position as standard software supplier and IT service provider to Volvo Cars Netherlands. This system is now used by more than a hundred Volvo dealers in the Netherlands. Besides supplying IDAS, BeesdA2 also implements and maintains infrastructures at their customers.

The iDAS-BeesdA2 connector provides a smart link between telephony from Belfabriek and iDAS - BeesdA2 for Volvo dealers. This connection provides a valuable addition to all telephone traffic, both for incoming calls that are in the iDAS-BeesdA2 system and callers that are not in it, and makes it possible to call any telephone number automatically with one click!

Incoming calls
With every incoming and/or outgoing call, a pop-up appears immediately on your PC screen with the customer information from iDAS-BeesdA2 and you can open the customer card immediately. The pop-up has a number of unique features:

Besides the above data in your pop-up, you can create up to 4 buttons in the pop-up to immediately perform the right action during a phone call. Think of:

• open car card

• open customer card

By default, the iDAS connector includes the function to automatically log calls under the customer card in iDAS. If the phone number occurs multiple times, it is possible to show multiple results with the 'multi result' functionality.
