So we are happy to take that responsibility away from our customers. Just like the 'hassle' of selecting and ordering telephones. To make that possible, we have invested heavily in the central configuration of our softphones and an automated distribution center for Yealink desk phones.
Hardphones are shipped pre-configured from our own warehouse. To a central location, but also, for example, to various branches or the private addresses of individual employees. The rule is usually: ordered before 22:00, delivered the next day to the workplace of your choice! If it concerns addresses "further afield" in Europe, then you will receive the devices after 2-3 working days via UPS.
Employees receive download links to pre-configured softphones for desktop and/or mobile use.
Organizations with more than 100 users are offered the opportunity to create the softphone environment in their corporate identity (branded). This can be done within one month (design, implementation and rollout). Ask for the options!
