Hardphones are shipped pre-configured directly from our warehouse, offering a true plug-and-play experience. Typically, devices ordered before 10:00 PM are delivered the next business day to your chosen location. For addresses in other parts of Europe, delivery via UPS is expected within 2-3 business days.
For softphones, employees receive download links to pre-configured software for both desktop and mobile use.
