Yes, the Belfabriek Telephone System works with all brands and types of devices. So do you already have VoIP devices in use? Then you do not need to replace it. Depending on the country and series, we can issue and activate numbers immediately or we must first complete a registration in your name with the relevant government organization.
Do you already have a number and do you want to move it to Belfabriek? This is possible and regulated by law. We can move the number to us and are happy to give you a temporary number if you want to test and configure the new devices already.
For countries abroad, you can either first place an order for a preferred number, after which an employee will contact you within 1 working day, or you can call our service desk and first discuss the options by telephone. Depending on the country, we have a number active the same working day or within a few days.
If you use the Yealink devices recommended by us, we can configure them for you and send them to you. You then have a plug and play experience. Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) are delivered the next working day.
You can download softphones for your PC, Mac, iOS or Android device 24/7 to the devices of your choice.
You can create and activate/deactivate these yourself 24/7 via the web interface. This way you can easily create accounts for all devices that you want to connect.

You can learn to configure, but most people don't enjoy it much. And so we gladly take over that responsibility from our customers. Just like 'the hassle' surrounding selecting and ordering telephones. To make this possible, we have invested heavily in central configuration of our softphones and an automated distribution center for Yealink desk devices.
Hardphones are shipped preconfigured from our own warehouse. To a central location, but also, for example, to different branches or the private addresses of individual employees. Usually: ordered before 22:00 (CET), next day at the workplace of your choice! If it concerns addresses 'further away' in Europe, you will receive the devices via UPS after 2-3 working days.
Employees receive download links to pre-configured softphones, your choice for desktop and/or mobile.
