How do I change a destination?

After logging into the application, you will see an overview of your service numbers. Select the number whose extension you want to change. If you use multiple extensions, you will see them on the next screen.

Available final destinations in the Belfabriek app

Here, choose the extension whose end destination you want to change by simply clicking on the extension name.

The change will be made immediately and you will receive confirmation once the change is complete. From then on, all incoming calls will be forwarded to the new final destination.
