What are the busiest call periods of the week?

As a number owner, you would like to know which times and days of the week you receive the most calls. Together with an overview of the number of missed calls, you immediately know when you may need to deploy additional staff to take incoming calls.

As a Belfabriek customer, you have access to comprehensive graphically displayed call statistics that give you all the information you need at a glance.

You can view these call statistics in Belfabriek.app.

Calls by days of the week

After logging into My Belfabriek or opening the app, go to Statistics.

This screen provides a complete overview of your call statistics in handy graphs.

Scroll down until you come across Course of the week by day.

For each day, you can see exactly how many calls your employees have handled, the total time spent on these calls and what percentage of the total number of calls for the current period this number accounts for.

Calls by day of the week

Set the current statistics period at the top of the page. Click on the pull-down menu to see a calendar. here you choose the start and end of the period you want to analyse. By default, this period is set to the last 30 days.

Top 3 busiest hours

Directly below the overview of calls by days of the week, you will find an overview of the 3 busiest hours per day, measured over the entire period.

Missed calls

To get an insight into whether and how many callers do not get to speak to an employee, look at the Top end destination by total number of calls.

If you see a final destination IVR (Interactive Voice Response) in this overview, then you know that these callers did not get beyond the IVR and therefore did not speak to an employee.

This can happen because your employees were on a call, but also when someone calls outside opening hours, when a caller does not finish a possible choice menu, or for some other reason hangs up before your employee has had a chance to answer the phone.
