Depending on the country and range we can issue and activate numbers directly or we first need to complete a registration on your company name with the relevant government organization.

Choose your own softphone

If you are a user of our phone system, you have the option of a softphone.

With us, you can choose any softphone from any software developer and include it in your call team. So you are not tied to 1 brand of softphone or 1 softphone provided by your provider. This is important because it gives you the freedom to choose the softphone you like best.

You can buy these softphones directly from the manufacturers as software licences. We will provide you with the login details so that these softphones can register with us on your PBX.

Importantly, softphones have advantages but also disadvantages, especially if you install them on your mobile phone.

A softphone on a fixed computer usually works perfectly. With a headset on your computer, it has become a full phone.

This is useful if you make or receive a lot of calls, as it leaves your hands free to type. And you don't have to invest in new desk phones (just headsets).

A softphone on a mobile phone has its drawbacks.

The main disadvantage of a softphone is that it is an app on your phone. And an application closes itself or goes to sleep after a while.

From then on, you will no longer receive incoming calls. Without you noticing.

Also, a softphone on your phone uses a lot of battery. Your battery lasts much less because you have a second phone on your phone.

We do not recommend using a softphone on your mobile phone.

It is not stable and reliable, and it will drain your phone's battery.
