VoIP device connection support

We’ve received a notification that you need assistance connecting one or more Voice over IP devices to your network or communication system for seamless operation.

You can schedule an appointment with our support team via our online calendar. Choose the date and time that suits you best, and we will do our best to assist you. Before the appointment, you will receive a Google Meet invitation so we can help you as effectively as possible via a video meeting.

Some important points:

  • Make sure you have all the details of your internet connection, firewall, and router ready; this way, we can efficiently check if any adjustments need to be made to any of these settings.

  • Is your internet connection stable, or are you experiencing interruptions? Restarting the router often resolves many issues.

  • Our support is not free: we charge 60 euros per hour for technical assistance, with a minimum of 15 minutes.

  • If you frequently need technical support for other internet devices,
    a full-time or part-time system administrator might be a better solution;
    we are a telecommunications company, not an IT service provider.

  • If you lack technical knowledge and are looking for a solution that always works — even without an internet connection — forward incoming calls to the mobile phones of you and your colleagues: this will always work 100% and does not rely on the internet, making it much more reliable.
