For example, what happens when a call comes in, the app opens and says there is a call from this number, it does a look-up and says this is a customer and, you then immediately have all the customer details in view. A call is logged by default and you can immediately add your call notes; so you no longer have to take action to log the call yourself.
Any phone number that has a click-and-dial link (callto: and tel:) can now be clicked and dialed automatically. And any phone number in Mobile Service Cloud or any other program on your computer can be selected and called by clicking F7 (Windows). There is also the Remote Dialer for Windows and Mac: a handy desktop phone app where you can type or paste in a number to dial it directly.
